Bill, CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent), joined Clear Lakes Agency in 1966 making a personal commitment to provide client satisfaction and individual peace of mind. He is a graduate of Boise State University, (GO BRONCO'S) in accounting. In addition to being a Past President of Professional Agents of Idaho, Past President of the Buhl Kiwanis, and past Board member of the Oregon / Idaho Professional Insurance Agents. He is currently on the Board of Idaho Surplus Lines Association. Extra activities include playing with his Jeep rock crawling, fishing and hunting with his family.

Carmen Assendrup

Carmen, joined Clear Lakes Agency in 1971 and is currently the company's Executive Secretary and Accountant. She graduated from Buhl High School and Stevens Henegar Business College in Salt Lake City. She was instrumental in implementation of many of the Agency procedures and accounting practices used today to help with the growth of the Agency. A past Board Member of the Buhl Public Library, Carmen has served on a variety of community programs in a volunteer capacity.

Lynn Pugh

Lynn began working with Clear Lakes Agency in December 2001 while attending the College of Southern Idaho. Lynn earned an Associates Degree in Accounting in May 2002. She accepted a full-time position in January 2003 as an accounting clerk. She processes both personal and commercial transactions and gives oversight of accounting and processing procedures.

Sharon Ann Brenden

Shar, Licensed in property, casualty, life, disability and health. She has achieved her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CPSR (Certified Professional Service Representative) designations. Shar started with Clear Lakes Agency in 1985 as a Personal Lines Account Executive. In addition she has additional expertise in group health programs. She is a past board member and active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Southern Idaho Chapter.

Terry Allen

Terry began her career in insurance as a receptionist at Clear Lakes Agency in 2000.  Licensed in property and casualty, she worked as a personal lines associate until moving into a commercial account executive position in 2003. As an Idaho native, her ties to the West make her knowledge and experience very compatible with all commercial and farm industries. Terry graduated from Filer High School, attended Boise State University studying Business Law and obtained an AAA (Agricultural Science) at Alaska State University.
